PIG ROASTS
ADD A FESTIVE THEME TO ANY PARTY!
To enhance the delicious flavor, the pig is slow-roasted for over 8 hours in our custom-made grills. We will present the pig to your guests approximately one hour before serving the meal. The host or guest of honor will have the opportunity to make the first cut/carving. What a great photo opportunity! We will then complete the carving in front of your guests and prepare pans of Plain and BBQ Pork for your eating enjoyment.
The price includes sandwich buns and all supplies needed for the pig roast.
